Binance CEO Richard Teng is calling on the US authorities to intervene within the case of Tigran Gambaryan, a US citizen and Binance worker, who has been detained in Nigeria since February.

In an Aug. 27 assertion marking six months of Gambaryan’s detention, Teng urged the US to categorise the Nigerian authorities-held govt as being an “unlawfully detained” citizen in a international country, citing extensive grounds for such action.
